Our Apiary Journey
At Wai Pepe Goodies, our small apiary thrives amidst the lush landscapes of Hawai'i. Here, the well-being of our bees comes first, nurturing strong, healthy colonies that create the foundation for everything we craft. With six hives currently flourishing, we aim to grow to a dozen by the end of 2026 -- cultivating a sustainable, artisanal source of honey that is as wholesome as it is purposeful, bringing natural sweetness and functional benefits to our community.

Botanical Raw Honey Infusions

Botanical Raw Honey Oxymels
A traditional herbal preparation, our oxymels combine raw honey with botanicals infused in apple cider vinegar, typically in a balanced 1:1 ratio. This centuries-old method gently extracts and preserves the essence of plants, creating a shelf-stable tonic that is both flavorful and full of character.
We craft unique blends using tropical fruits from our farm -- like soursop, noni, and pineapple -- and layer in warming spices such as ginger, turmeric, garlic, and chili peppers. The result is a bright, refreshing and complex tonic, perfect for adding a flavorful lift to your daily ritual.
Botanical Raw Honey Electuaries
An electuary is a timeless herbal preparation, blending finely ground botanicals into a rich, golden medium of raw honey. Historically, this method made potent herbs both palatable and enjoyable -- and today, our electuaries reconnect you with these classic remedies in a delicious, artisanal form.
Each spoonful carries the rich complexity of raw honey, naturally infused with amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and the subtle treasures of the hive -- bee pollen, propolis, royal jelly and beeswax. This harmonious fusion of plant and honey creates a sweet, nourishing way to savor herbs, celebrating both flavor and the wellness traditions that have endured for centuries.
